Cinque Terre
After leaving Rome we headed to Cinque Terre on the Italian Riveria.
Our hotel, Punta Mesco, was in the northern village of Monterosso al Mare. We stayed here two nights and ventured from there, by train, to the other villages.
In addition to exploring Monterosso, we also spent time in Vernazza and Manarola.
We enjoyed the sites, shops and food in Cinque Terre and given the chance we'd come back for a relaxing holiday.
